HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION For the reservation you please have to send us, per fax (++390412750973) your credit card number with the expiration date and enought budget as guarantee.If you do not have a credit card you can send us the whole payment of the first night through: postal order. In case of payment through postal order, you please have to send us by mail or fax the copy of the payment. Only when we receive the above mentioned information the hotel will confirm you the reservation and the cancellation policies. Please show to the hotel staff your reservation document ( mail or fax) when you check-in. In case of no-show or if you cancel the reservation over the cancellation policies date, the hotel must charge you for the whole payment of the first night, for each cancelled room. Any changes concerning the reservation (lenght of the stay, number of people, room tipology etc.) must be comunicated by the guest in advance and confirmed by the hotel 72 hours before check-in date. The in the reservation document indicated rate includes: all local taxes, service, a rich breakfast buffet, a detailled free Venice citymap and free information magazines available at the concierge. On request it is possible to receive a free entrance to the Venice gambling house and to take part to a free visit by private taxi to Murano Island and a glass-factory to admire the glass-blowing art. |
